Description : One stop solution which gives the ability to onboard the leads, have a 360 degree view of the account, deal with the cases, work dedicatedly on different category of  opportunity and Quotes. Creating Service Agreement and auto creation of service maintenance plan, service repair and service modernization are the key features which are provided by Service Max out of the box features. Job assignment/Work Order Creation and assignment to the technician is auto processed in the application and technicians can have the information handy at the comfort of accessing these details from their mobile. Revenue recognition, Billing, Invoicing and settlement happens in the SAP system.  Both the systems-SF/SMAX & SAP are integrated by CPI(SAP).
